1) Requesting your commission: You can contact me via DM on social media, freelance platforms (Fiverr/Ko-Fi/Cafecito), or by email. Once your request is confirmed, I’ll begin the first sketch.

2) Sketch review:I’ll send you a watermarked version for feedback and minor adjustments. Once approved, I’ll move on to the final artwork.

3) Final artwork: Major changes are not allowed at this stage.You will receive the final high-resolution file (without watermark).

50% of the total must be paid upfront, and the remaining 50% before I begin the final artwork

You are purchasing a digital illustration for personal use only. You are not buying the copyright or commercial rights.

It is forbidden to:

1) Resell, edit, trace, or use the artwork to train AI or on NFT platforms

2)Animate or transform the piece into commercial content without the appropriate license

3) Use private commissions on monetized platforms (YouTube, Twitch, etc.) without a commercial license

If the artwork is intended for commercial use (merch, monetized content, V-tubers, etc.), you must state this from the start. Commercial commissions have different terms and pricing:

Small business: x2 the base price

Medium business: x4 the base price

Large-scale or corporate projects: x6 the base price

I retain full copyright over all commissioned works.

I may post the artwork as part of my portfolio, on social media, or for promotional purposes—unless the client has paid for privacy.

My signature must not be removed.

Paying the invoice means you accept these terms and conditions.
