1) Requesting your commission: You can contact me via DM on social media, freelance platforms (Vgen/Ko-Fi), or by email if u have any questions. Once your request is confirmed, I’ll begin the first sketch.

2) Sketch review:I’ll send you a watermarked version for feedback and minor adjustments. Once approved, I’ll move on to the final artwork.

3) Final artwork: Major changes are not allowed at this stage.You will receive the final high-resolution file (without watermark).

Currency: USD / Argentine pesos only for residents.

Payment methods: PayPal / Mercado Pago (Argentina Only)

50% of the total price must be paid upfront, and the remaining 50% before the final file is delivered.

I will not deliver the final artwork until full payment has been received.

Refunds are only available if the process has not gone past the sketch. Once the final rendering has begun, no refunds will be issued.

Please make sure to request any necessary corrections during the sketch stage.

Initial sketch: up to 7 business days from the start of the project, depending on complexity

Final delivery: up to 30 business days after sketch approval and payment, depending on complexity

Delays may occur due to personal or unforeseen reasons. I will notify you in advance if that happens.

You are purchasing a digital illustration for personal use only. You are not buying the copyright or commercial rights.

It is forbidden to:

1) Resell, edit, trace, or use the artwork to train AI or on NFT platforms

2)Animate or transform the piece into commercial content without the appropriate license

3) Use private commissions on monetized platforms (YouTube, Twitch, etc.) without a commercial license

If the artwork is intended for commercial use (merch, monetized content, V-tubers, etc.), you must state this from the start. Commercial commissions have different terms and pricing:

If the illustration will generate revenue, the following multipliers apply:

Small business: x2 the base price

Medium business: x4 the base price

Large-scale or corporate projects: x6 the base price

Temporary privacy: +25%

Permanent privacy: +50%

I retain full copyright over all commissioned artwork unless a privacy fee has been paid. If not, I reserve the right to:

1) Publish the illustration in my portfolio, on social media, or use it for promotional purposes.

2) My signature must not be removed from the artwork.

Paying the invoice means you accept these terms and conditions.

These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice, but any agreements made before changes will be honored.
